  1. You will be prompted to key in your name and full address when making payment via PayPal/direct bank-in/direct transfer.
  2. Delivery is by Surface/Air Parcel Post. There will be additional charges for courier services. You are required to key in the full shipping address and contact number of the receiver to ease delivery operation.
  3. When corresponding with us, please use only one email thread. Please also ensure that there is continuity on all emails to avoid confusion and delays. Please use the Book Title as the subject matter. Your kind cooperation will be appreciated.
  4. Books printed by us are without gst/vat/custom duty of the receiving countries. Receiving customers must pay for their country's gst/vat/custom duty.
  5. Cover and contents of the book must be saved in two separate files.
  6. Please do not submit your orders if your books are not ready for printing and are not in pdf format.
  7. If an insurance claim arises, we will reprint for you while waiting for settlement from the insurance company.
  8. Goods sold are not returnable.
